Go to the enrollment page, enter your first name, last name, email, phone number, and create a secure password. You must also upload a valid government-issued ID and proof of residency.

Accepted IDs include a valid Driver’s License, Military ID, Passport, or State-issued ID.

Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, include at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character (e.g., @, #, $, %).

Your account contains sensitive student enrollment data. Sharing credentials compromises your child's information confidentiality.

If you haven't completed the account creation, you can return later to finalize the account setup. If you face issues logging in afterward, contact the helpdesk for support.

You will receive an on-screen confirmation message indicating successful account creation, and you can then proceed to upload required documents.

NSE is exclusively for brand-new students enrolling in Flagler Schools for the first time. Existing students or those who previously attended should use the existing students' re-enrollment process or contact their school registrar.

You will need:

• Birth Certificate or Baptismal Certificate
• Florida DH 680 Immunization Form
• Florida DH 3040 Physical Form
• One Proof of Residency from EACH list:
  • Property Tax Bill, Homestead Exemption Card, Deed, Mortgage Statement, Home Purchase Contract or Current Lease
  • Utility Bill, Telephone or Cellular, Automobile Registration, Automobile Insurance, Credit Card Statement or Bank Account Statement
• Guardianship, custody, or legal papers (if applicable)
• VPK Certificate of Eligibility (if applicable)

Expect approximately 15-20 minutes per child. Times may vary, and you can save and resume at intervals.

Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, and PDF. (iPhone/iPad Live Photos (HEIC) are not acceptable. Make sure to turn off the Live Photos setting when taking photos of documents.)

Registrars or nurses will flag documents and request resubmission. You will receive notification to correct and resubmit documents.

Yes, a certified Florida DH 680 form is required. A 30-day extension may be available for some cases (foster or homeless students). If a 30-day extension is granted, your child will not be permitted to attend school past the 31st day.

Submit a DH 681 Religious Exemption Written Request instead of the DH 680 form.

The DH 3040 form must be completed by your child's healthcare provider and includes medical history details. Exemptions for religious reasons can be requested.

Provide additional details on your enrollment forms. Foster or homeless students have up to 30 days to submit health documentation. The ESSA or FIT Program staff team will be made aware of your situation and may contact you for more information.

Upload custody, guardianship, or other relevant legal documents. If documents originated from another state, they must be domesticated by a Florida court.

Yes. Complete and notarize the Flagler Schools Affidavit of Shared Housing form and submit additional required documents. During the enrollment process you will be emailed the form to print, complete & get notarized.

Documents are reviewed by registrars and nurses. Once all the uploaded documentation has been validated, your child will be registered into SKYWARD, a start date will be entered & you will receive a ‘Welcome’ email with your NEXT steps.

On day 31, your child will not be permitted to attend school until documents are submitted.

The Technology Support team is available during school hours to assist with enrollment and technical issues. Submit a Help Ticket anytime through the Support link on the Parent Dashboard, New Student Enrollment card, or Contact Us page on the district website. Link to form: Click HERE. Choose ‘New Student Enrollment’ options from dropdown.

You can track the status on the parent dashboard. Once enrollment is finalized, you'll also receive a welcome email from Flagler County Schools with the start date and next steps.
