School Improvement & Accountability
Schoolwide improvement and school accountability are the mechanisms by which schools are held to the requirements set in federal and state statutes as well as Flagler School Board policy.

School Improvement
The Schoolwide Improvement Plan (SIP) is intended to be the primary artifact used by each school to work with stakeholders and review data, set goals, create action plans, and monitor progress on improvement. Individual SIPs are found within the Florida Continuous Improvement Management System (CIMS). Each school submits their plan to the FLDOE through this system.

FLDOE Report Cards
The Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), requires every state and district to publish report cards that show how the state, district, and schools are doing with regard to student achievement and success. The FLDOE collects data on student performance metrics to calculate school and district grades. The most detailed sets of these data can be found using their EduData information portal.
