Student Device Distribution

2025–26 School Year

Student device distribution for the 2025–26 school year is scheduled for weeks of July 14-18 and July 21-25, 2025. All Flagler Schools students entering grades 4–12, and iFlagler students will be issued a device at this time.

To streamline the process and minimize device pick up wait times, we request that families sign up for specific time slots to pick up devices. This will allow them to select a date and time that is most convenient for them.

New this year:
Annual registration must be completed for all K-12 students in the family before you can schedule a pickup time.
Only one appointment is needed to pick up all of your children's devices.

Important Details

Appointments/Timeslots will available from:

  • July 14th to July 17th, 7:30 AM to 5:45 PM
  • July 18th, 7:30 AM to 1:45 PM
  • July 21st to July 24th from 7:30 AM to 5:45 PM
  • July 25th, 7:30 AM to 1:45 PM


CLOSED FOR LUNCH, EVERYDAY 11:00AM -12:00PM

Reminders
  • Log into the Parent Dashboard to reserve a Device Pickup Appointment slot at least four hours prior to picking up a device.
  • Complete the form early to access more scheduling options.

Schedule Device Pick Up

Flagler Schools families are required to complete the Annual Registration form annually. July 1st, 2025, parents will be given the option to schedule a specific date and time for student device pickup. Please visit the Parent Portal page for more information about this process.
