Notice of Rule Development & Public Workshop

The School Board of Flagler County, Florida, gives notice of the development of polices (as shown below) and that it will hold a rule development workshop to which all persons are invited.

DATE & TIME: July 8, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. 

PLACE: 1769 E. Moody Blvd., Building 2, 3rd floor Training Room, Bunnell, FL, 32110

PURPOSE: To present the policies being developed and to respond to questions or comments.

Subject Area to be Addressed: The subject areas are as slated in the policy titles below.

Purpose and Effect: The purpose of the rule development is to make the Board's policies consistent with current Board practices and legislative requirements. The effect is that the policies will be complete, correct, and current.

Authority: F.S. 1001.32(1), (2); and the authorities listed in each draft policy.
