Volunteering

There are many different ways to volunteer at Flagler Schools. Opportunities include participation in activities like field trips, book fairs, and field days, as well working with students as readers, tutors, and mentors.

In an effort to provide safety and security for our students and staff, we require that volunteers follow our clearance procedures in order to enter a Flagler Schools facility. The volunteer clearance process can take up to two weeks and includes completing a School Volunteer Application, undergoing a background check, and obtaining a badge. We suggest that you apply at the beginning of the year, or well in advance of an event, as last minute applications may not be completed in time.
