Student Device Distribution

2024–25 School Year

Student device distribution for the 2024–25 school year is scheduled for weeks of July 8th & July 22nd, 2024. All Flagler Schools students entering grades 4–12, and iFlagler students will be issued a device at this time.

To streamline the process and minimize wait times, we request that families sign up for specific time slots to pick up devices. This will allow them to select a date and time that is most convenient for them.

Device pickup will be available using our drive-through service at the north entrance bus loop of Indian Trails Middle School. Please refer to the map provided below, which includes driving directions.

Schedule Pick Up

Flagler Schools families are required to complete the Annual Registration form annually. At the Beginning of July, parents will be given the option to schedule a specific date and time for student device pickup. Please visit the Parent Portal page for more information about this process.

  • Log into the Parent Portal to reserve a Device Pickup Appointment slot at least four hours prior to picking up a device.
  • Complete the form early to access more scheduling options.
  • Schedule a separate time slot for each student's devices.
