1) If you are having an issue, try restarting your computer and application.
2) Make sure you shutdown and restart your computer on campus on a regular basis. This enables your computer to get necessary updates.
3) Make sure you logged into Mosyle Manager. This is not an application for spying, it is how your computer is identified and enabled to receive needed updates.
4) Charge your computer nightly at home.
5) Do NOT eat or drink around your computer.
