ESE Parent Advisory Council

Welcome to the ESE Parent Advisory Council (EPAC) landing page. 

The EPAC is a collaborative effort between Flagler Schools and parents of students with disabilities to improve collaboration & communication between the groups and to promote best practices in inclusive education throughout the district. For more details of the format of the committee, refer to the bylaws.

The council has scheduled meetings open for the public to watch from 6:00pm - 7:00pm at the Government Services Building (GSB) in Training room 3 (3rd floor) on the second Wednesday of each month.

Upcoming meeting agendas and minutes can be seen by clicking on the date & item. The agendas will be uploaded 2 weeks prior to the upcoming meeting, and the minutes will be uploaded 1 week after the completed meeting.

The ESE Parent Advisory Council (EPAC) would like to celebrate individuals who are doing great things to help students with disabilities and improve ESE in Flagler Schools at our first-ever ESE Awards Night!
