"Road to Success" is an Education and Training Program designed for out of school young adults between the ages of 16–24 years of age to earn a GED, prepare them to be members of the workforce, and to improve their life skills. Participants will receive activity-oriented training on topics that directly relate to the skills required for workplace success and becoming independent.

RTS Participants will receive

  • GED prep and remediation
  • Functional life skills, banking, and financial literacy 
  • Professional coaching and mentoring
  • First Aid/CPR and Food Handlers certification

RTS Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • 10:00 am–1:00 pm
  • Weekly workshops

RTS Curriculum

  • Academics: math, science, language arts, social studies
  • Job Search: exploring careers, including paid "work experience"
  • College Exploration: enrollment and financial aid assistance
  • Life Coping: supplemental topics
  • Scholarships and monetary earnings
