iPad Troubleshooting Tips
  • If you are having issues with an app, try completely closing out of the app by swiping up.
  • Turning off and restarting your iPad will solve many issues you may be having.
  • Frequently close your open apps. When you are done with an app, close it.
  • Charge your iPad at home every night.
  • The iOS can be updated using Setting> General> Software Updates.

Installing Apps
Students do not have access to the app store on their school-issued iPads. Approved apps can be installed through Mosyle. Students will open the Mosyle app and select the app to install or update.
