Message from the Teacher

I strongly encourage a kind and respectful attitude toward teachers and other students in 
my  class.  I expect students to follow directions the first time, to wait their turn to speak 
so that others may share what they know, and to use a positive attitude during work 
and free time.    

Classroom Rules

1. I will speak softly.

2. I will walk in the room.

3. I will keep my hands and feet to myself.

4. I will do my best work.

5. I will be kind to ALL things. 

 Classroom Reward System

Students have many opportunities to earn "bottle lids" to fill our class Bottle Lid Jar. 
 When the jar is full, the class earns a special treat or activity.    

Following are just a few ways students earn bottle lids during the school day:

• Completing seatwork without disturbing others.

• Improving in classwork that has needed practice.

• Helping a friend in need without being asked.

• Turning in signed paperwork sent home.

• Turning in homework complete and signed by an adult family member.
