Welcome to our Class Website. I am Ms.Van Middlesworth, better known as "Ms.Van". I have been teaching children since 1993. I am currently teaching first grade at Rymfire Elementary School. I started my career teaching Preschool. I taught Kindergarten for 5 years. I have been teaching First Grade for 5 years.Teaching is not just my job it is also my hobby. I love to teach! As a child I loved school and refused to miss a day of school. I still have the same attitude today. As a teacher, my goal is for every student in my class to have the same attitude. I want learning to be fun. We work hard everyday and some days are busier than others. Everyday we learn something new. My expectations are high and all students can learn and will learn. We need to all work together and respect each other in class in order to create a learning environment. I need the support of family to help educate students. Let's keep the lines of communication open throughout the year.
