Slide Show Presentations

Keynote presentations allow students to present their reading research material through a slide show format. Students include their specific research details about their assigned topic and choose a variety of different formats to display their information.  In the Keynote Presentation templates, students decide their own slide colors, font styles, background designs, pictures, and transitions (animations) to their slides. 

Podcast

Students narrate their slide show presentations on a program titiled Garageband.  Students record their slide show information, and send their recording to iTunes.  iTunes turns the recording into a podcast.  Each slide includes a narrated podcast of that slide.

Creating Webpages 

By using researched reading material, students create and design their own website.  Students websites include researched information, choice of website template, colors of the website, fonts, and pictures.
