Math Minutes
5th Grade Math Minutes Expectations:
Study Multiplication and Division Facts 15 minutes a day. Tests will be given once a week. See chart below for Math facts minimum expectations for the 5th grade (1 minute).
For example, during the first semester students are given a minute to complete 45 multiplication and 30 division problems each week. The highest grades will be averaged to make up the 10% (math facts) of the entire math grade.
