Nightly Homework:
Every night your child should:
1. Read for 25 minutes a night.
2. Practice Multiplication Facts.
3. Complete weekly reading packets assigned on Monday due by Friday.
Your child will be assigned nightly math work in addition to occasional science and social studies work.
Planners:
They will be expected to write down all homework assignments in it daily. The planner should come home for you to see each night and brought back to school each day. PLEASE ask your child to show you the planner each night. I also use it as a communication log between parent and teacher. There will be times I will write a note for you in their planner. If you have any questions or concern (for example, if your child had trouble with a particular homework assignment) you may write them to me in this assignment book.
