Daily Parent Communication 

School/home communication is essential to student success.  Therefore, each child will be supplied with a school planner. The planner will be stored in his/her 3 ring binder.   Each day, your child will write his/her notes, reminders, and messages in the planner next to the appropriate date.  I will provide feedback daily in a note, sticker, or stamp format to assist you in communicating with your child about his/her day.  By signing the planner, you are indicating that you have read any messages or comments and discussed them with your child.  Please feel free to write notes back to me in the planner to keep our lines of communication open.  I will check for parent signatures daily.  J         

Attendance Policy 

Students are expected to arrive on time to school each day and leave at the designated release time.  Please refer to the school handbook for detailed information.   If your child is absent please call the sick line at 206-4622. 

Transportation 

Please send a handwritten and signed note (with a contact phone number) if your child will be utilizing an alternate form of transportation (other than what was specified in the beginning of the school year). Verbal notice from your child will not be accepted under any circumstance.  

Emergency Contact Information  

Please be sure to keep all emergency contact information up to date for both the front office and my personal student files.  If you need a new form at any time throughout the school year, please let me know and I will be happy to send one home with your child.
