| - Kindergarten: At the end of class each child earns a sticker on their hand if they did their jobs, worked on task, followed directions and were not disruptive.
- Grades 1-5: Teams (tables) earn points for: entering the classroom quietly, following directions and working well together during set up time , work time and at clean up time. Points can also be earned by donating items on the Wish List, answering questions, assisting the teacher and for random acts of kindness. At the end of two weeks the team with the most points in each class gets to pick a prize from the prize box.

Jobs
| Each child at each table sits at a color (red, yellow, blue or green) For set up and cleanup jobs are assigned by color. |
Entering and Leaving the Studio
| Grade level teachers drop students off at the hallway door. Students quietly wait to be invited in to quietly sit either: - On the floor in the front facing the chalkboard/screen for a presentation, story or demonstration
OR - Sit with heads down at assigned tables
Grade level teachers pick up their classes from the outside door. More points are awarded to the first few tables that clean up first, quickly and quietly. A line leader and door holder are chosen from the first table selected to leave. The last table may not earn any points if directions had to be repeated several times to them. |
