Parent conferences (in person, by phone or email) scheduled for students with a grade below C or behavioral concerns in the classroom. Students with excessive absences (5 or more unexcused absences in a term) will fail the entire class if they fail mid term or final exam; notification of class failure under these circumstances is not always possible as exams are given on last day of term. After school detention held on Wednesday afternoons from 2:30 – 4:00.
