FLAGLER COUNTY SPECIAL OLYMPICS TORCH RUN
On April 22, 2008 Flagler County Special OLympians participated in the Florida Special Olympics Torch Run. Athletes from Matanzas High School, Flagler Palm Coast High School, Flagler County Adult Education carried the SOFL Torch from the new Belle Terre Publix through Town Center, down Bulldog Drive, across SR 100 to the new Courthouse Building in Bunnell. A wonderful reception received our athletes, then they enjoyed a picnic lunch.
