Students must re-write each sentence correctly and divide paragraphs when necessary.  These are to be done at the beginning of each class period and corrected together as a class.  In the case of an absence, here are the sentences and due dates!  They will be graded in sections of 10.  Be sure to hand them in on time as they are heavily weighted in your grades!

Caught Ya 1-10

1. every day in this spot yoiu will be regaled with news from the dramatic story of general animal hospital  2. hairy beast an inoffensive beastie with green fur was a grossly ugly but gentle animal  3. once he was madly in love with hilda hippo a comely hippopotamus with a hard heart  4. fickle hilda however decided that hairy beast was to ugly for her  5. hilda the mean lady could no longer stand hairys repulsive warty visage   6. so she worte him a nasty vituperative letter to tell him of her feelings 

**NOTE FOR CAUGHT YA # 7-8 PAY ATTENTION TO PROPER LETTER FORMAT! REWRITE AS YOU WOULD WRITE A LETTER.

9. hailry beast recieved this odious letter on september 8 1990.  10. he cried copious tears tore out tufts of green fur and demolished his apartment like a wild beast

11. his demeanor was like that of a dogb who had lost its favorite squeakie toy missed supper and been scolded   12. poor sad woebegon hairy was totally destroyed and his heart had been broken and stomped on and abused   13. bertha boa was a sweet thoughtful and kind serpent.  14. she heard hairys laments and she slithered to his apartment to investigate  15. oh boy she found the door ajar and a total mess inside but hairy was nowhere to be seen   16. wow bertha rummaged for unfortunate grotesque gairy under the bed in the fridge and behind the boots in the closet   17. bertha searched everywhere and could not find hairy yet she still hears dolorous cries throughout teh trashed messy apartment   18. bertha became really perturbed so she goes back to her apartment ot write a not to her friend wilfred warthog

25. wilfred wrote hairy the pompous not and bertha sent him a bouquet of flower's   26.when the doorbell rang hairy hoping it was news from hilda crept out from his hiding place in the bathtub and agitatedly answers the door     27. he adored the flower sfrom bertha but he was insulted by wilfreds inadvertently unkind note   28.  hairy felt overwhelmed and he had been jilted by his girl insulted by his freind and had his warts vilified    29. he burst anew into tears then he shreeded the flowers and ate them tears flowing onto the stems like rain   30.luckily wilfred realized that his epistle might have been pompous and he went to visit hairy to atone for his booboo
