ASSIGNMENT #1 Goals - something you are trying to achieve. Make two short term and two long term fitness goals.

ASSIGNMENT # 6 Write your fitness / activity schedule for the week. Include any activity or sport you participate in.

ASSIGNMENT # 7 List 5 of your favorite activities and tell what kind of activity it is. (Example:Weightlifting - increase   muscular strength.)

ASSIGNMENT # 8 Progression - to increase the intensity or amount of exercise for improvement. Give two examples of progression.

ASSIGNMENT #9 Muscular strength - the ability of the muscles to exert force. Muscular endurance the ability to use the skeletal muscles to for long periods of time without tiring. **Give one example of each.
