Sixth and Seventh Grade Intensive Reading and Language Arts
We are going to have an exciting 2007-2008 school year. The purpose of my class is to teach reading and language arts to students who scored a level 1 on the reading portion of the FCAT. The average class size is 11 students. The smaller class size allows students to receive more one-on-one guidance. Florida Law states that if a child scores a 1 on the FCAT, they must take an Intensive Reading class.
