Classroom Procedures

Tardy: A student is considered tardy if he or she is not in their seat when the bell rings.  A disciplinary warning will be written. 

Absences: A student will be given 2 days to make up missed work due to an absence.  In cases of multiple absences, or extreme situations, students may be given more time at my discretion. 

Homework: Homework is due at the beginning of class.  Late work will be accepted for up to three days with a 10 point penalty per day.  After three days it is a zero.  *See Homework Policy for more information. 

Behavior: It is expected that the students will behave in a way that will promote learning.  Fighting, arguing, foul language, disrespectful attitudes, sleeping, uncooperation, etc will not be tolerated at all in this classroom and will result in disciplinary action.

Bathroom Passes:  Students are to use the bathroom before the bell rings and must sign in when doing so.  During class, students may use the bathroom at my disgretion or for emergencies only.
