| 08/21/08 | WOW! Our first Holiday in less than a week! Stay safe and explore! I have assigned everyone to learn my techniques this week, and on 08/22 will anticipate great 'Passports' for our journey~ |
| 8/24/08 | Well....that was an unexpected opening. I hope that everyone stayed safe and dry! This week I will be introducing the 5 Themes of Geography. Please look for 2 letters, one addressing a new magazine and the other regarding our first month of cirriculum. |
| 8/30/08 | We have already discovered three ways to learn about Mother Earth. Region, Movement and Place were introduced this week, Location and Human Interaction will finish our week on 9/4. Please expect a Progress Report on Fri. 9/5, sign and return by 9/8. This has been the best opening I have experienced! Thank you for coming to our "Open House" and if you did not get a chance to drop by...you are always welcome in my classroom. |
| 9/5/08 | This week we have summerized the 5 ways that Geographer's look at the Earth. Please ask your child about the Brochure that we created in class utilizing our computer lab! Progress reports will go home on9/08. I usually deliver them on Fri., however, our new grading system is down for the moment. Have a great weekend and Go Noles! |
