Monday, 2/4: Work on Unit One packets
Discuss Chapter 1: Relaxation and Warm-ups
Examples of relaxation and warm-up exercises
Tuesday, 2/5: Work on Unit One packets (should complete Chapter 1)
Create and present warm-up routine (with a partner)
Should include a minimum of FIVE(5) exercises
Can cover several areas or focus on one (voice, body, mind, etc)
Should last 1 to 3 minutes
Class will evaluate and select top routines.
Wednesday, 2/6: Work on Unit One packets
Discuss Chapter 2: Observation/Sense Memory
Examples of sense memory and observation exercises
Thursday, 2/7: Work on Unit One Packets (should complete Chapter 2)
Review packets for quiz
Sense Memory Presentations (see pages 14-15)
Should include what does the object look like, how does it feel
Smell, taste (if applicable), sound, what does it remind you of,
Why is it important to you.
Class will evaluate and select top presentations
