Classroom Rules Policies:R-E-S-P-E-C-T
Who: Each other, teacher, classroom, personal belongings
When: At all times
How: Be nice or neutral, follow directions, keep the room clean, don’t touch anything that doesn’t belong to you, and have academic integrity.
Food, Drinks, & Gum:
No food or gum is to be consumed in the classroom. If I see food, candy, or gum I will ask you to throw it away. Drinks in closable containers are allowed.
Teacher Expectations: I expect all students to be respectful, be on time, be prepared, be open-minded, and to always try your best.
Tardy, Dress code, and Electronic Devices:
We will follow school policy as stated in the student handbook.
Classroom Procedures:
Student Movement: Please limit movement in the classroom by coming to class prepared. Do not interrupt the class by sharpening your pencil, throwing away garbage, or asking to go to the bathroom during instructional time. These need to be taken care of before class or during transition times.
Supplies:
You will need the following items for class:
3 ring Notebook
Dividers
Paper
Pens and Pencils (blue and black ink only)
Highlighter
Post-it notes
Optional items: colored pencils, glue stick
NOTE: Additional items may be requested due to budget cuts.
