Notes for Week of 1/14/08:
This week's schedule will be quite different.....
Monday: There is a substitute for today. I am attending a training. There will not be spelling HW this week for two reasons: 1. I will be out both Monday and Thursday and 2. This is a four day week. Math HW is assigned for Monday through Wednesday.
Tuesday: Today we will begin American History for Social Studies. See the Social Studies page for details. HW in this subject is assigned for Tuesday and Wednesday. We will also begin Lesson 9 of Unit 2 in our reading program. See the Langauge Arts page for details. Tuesday is the day we welcome two new students to our class, Husdon and Raymond.
Wednesday: Usual schedule (so far).
Thursday: There will be a substitute for today as I am attending another training. A lesson is planned for Martin Luther King, Jr. The HW binders will not be sent home this day. As I will not be in school today I will not have an opportuntiy to grade HW until Friday when school is closed.
Friday: No school for students.
Reminder: There is no school Monday (Martin Luther King Jr. Day observed).
