Orange card ~Time-Out Assignment ...see planner

Blue card ~Blue Slip…Write a plan to change behavior.
(to be completed at home & signed by the parent.)
Red card ~Referral…..Sent to the Office/Mr. Camp (Student will call parent from Mr. Camp’s room,)

| | Grading Policy: I will grade you child's papers as soon as possible to insure that your child gets immediate feedback. He/she will be expected to correct all mistakes. Correcting these mistakes, will help your child learn from them. It is not necessary to return the corrected papers to school unless stamped with a ’parent signature’. If you question the grading please feel free to put a note on the paper and return it to me. I will be glad to look it over. Grading Scale: A = 90-100 B = 80-90 C = 70-80 D = 60-70 F = 59 and below
