 | Welcome to a new and exciting school year! My official title is Reading Intervention Specialist and I will be working with grades K-5 this year. I also have the privilege of working with our Reading Coach for grades K-5 Sherree Madorma. My job consists of working with both teachers and students. I will spend fifty one percent of my day, or more in direct contact with students and forty-nine percent of my day working with teachers. |
| My heart is with reading instruction and I hope to help each and every teacher in anyway that I can. This year I have been asked to head our RTI efforts here at Belle Terre. This means that I will be holding monthly TPST meetings with each grade level to discuss our at risk students. |  |
