8.14.08 Our nest is scheduled for clean out.
Sign indicates nest #30 in Flagler Beach. The eggs were laid June 18 with the first track sighting of turtles leaving the nest on August 11, 2008.

Turtle Patrol digs about 18 inches down to make sure all turtles have been able to get out of their nest.
Hope and her family watch the Turtle Patrol check for any unhatched eggs.
This was a very good nest because most of the turtles made it to the water.
