BUNNELL ELEMENTARY'S
Technology Labs
Bunnell Elementary has three computer labs, two of which are dedicated mostly to the Riverdeep Learning Program, each equipped with 30 student I-Mac computers.  The computer labs include ceiling mounted projector units that display the teacher's computer station.  This is used to demonstrate computer software and internet procedures as well as new techniques being taught. All students, Kindergarten through 5th grade, visit the computer lab each day for a 45-minute class with Ms. Walker and Ms. Squicciarino.  Teachers have the option to use the third lab with Ms. Farrell for special projects that require research or computer applications that compliment classroom learning.

Students are introduced to keyboarding skills and work on Flagler County supplied language, reading and math programs.  The lab also instructs students in computer navigation techniques, internet safety, research, and Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint. The goal of the Technology Program at Bunnell Elementary is to expose all students to the latest technology.  The teachers look for new ways to incorporate technology into the student's educational experience and help to prepare them to live in a world filled with technology.
