7th Grade Immunizations
The Flagler County Health Department is offering an additional 7th grade shot clinic on Friday, August 17th from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. This clinic will be held at the Flagler Health Department at 301 South Lemon Street, Bunnell.
Indian Trails must receive an updated blue immunization record (form #680) for every student entering the 7th grade. All students entering the 7th grade are required by law to be updated with all immunizations. No students will be allowed to enter school unless documentation of this required shot is provided to Indian Trails Middle School.
