The purpose of this course is to prepare students for employment or for advanced training in the building maintenance and repair industry. This program can be offered as a 1050-hour vocational training course or as related classroom instruction for an apprenticeship program that also consists of 4000 hours of on-the-job training. Both programs include the 300 hours of classroom instruction, which is listed in the course content.
